The Way Home announces leadership changes
Manchester, NH: (October 2, 2019) To best align its work to meet the evolving needs of its clients, The Way Home has made the following changes to its leadership team.
Mary Sliney, the organization’s founder, has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO)/Programs, Elizabeth Green, formerly The Way Home’s Finance Manager, has been named as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Bianka Beaudoin, Development/Operations Director, been appointed as the agency’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
“We strongly feel that these changes will further our mission and enable us to better serve those in need,” said Rick Blais, Board Chair, The Way Home. “Our leadership and board completed an extensive strategic planning process which helped guide these actions.”
“We’ve built a great foundation for the work over the past 30 years,” noted Ms. Sliney. “And we feel that these steps will help us to better direct our resources and skills to address vital issues of homelessness and housing instability in Greater Manchester.”
“Every day our team is deeply committed to helping those with the least resources with a singular focus on building skills, and raising hope to assist clients and their families,” said Ms. Beaudoin.
