The Way Home is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping lower-income households throughout the state of New Hampshire obtain and sustain safe, affordable housing. On July 1, 2021, The Way Home became a program of Easterseals NH.
Since 1988, The Way Home has assisted more than 21,000 homeless and high-risk families, individuals, veterans, and special needs clients with their housing needs.
For more than 83 years, Easterseals NH has provided exceptional services to ensure we change the way the world defines and views disability by making profound, positive differences in people’s lives every day. As a leader in social services for individuals with disabilities and special needs, Easterseals NH employs more than 1,600 individuals who serve more than 25,000 children, adults, veterans, and seniors through 11 core programs across the state.
As a program of Easterseals NH, The Way Home will continue to assist families, individuals, veterans, and seniors with housing. It will now offer a broader range of supportive services, expanded to include those of Easterseals NH, to nurture the independence of clients and to advocate for greater opportunity for all.
