Our Accomplishments -- In FY2014, The Way Home's programs helped:

•  242 households secure or prevent the loss of safe housing with $166,532 in 

    security deposit guarantees and homeless prevention grants

•  606 households with housing counseling on matters such as budget

    management, housing safety, and tenants' rights

•  520 households with financial management workshops

•  76 homeowners with counseling on foreclosure-prevention strategies

•  160 homeless & high risk clients with coaching on housing stability skills

•  Transitional Shelter - 12 families (23 children, most with special needs)

•  Permanent Housing - 21 formerly homeless families (33 adults & 49 Children)

•  Permanent Housing - 26 chronically homeless adults with disabilities

•  Allenstown Affordable Housing - 30 persons in 11 low income households

•  6 chronically homeless veterans with permanent housing
