Bianka Beaudoin
Executive Director
Working in partnership with the leadership team and the Board of Trustees appointed Chief Executive Officer in June 2019, Bianka oversees the day - to - day operations of the organization, directs strategic planning and execution of the mission, board development, fund development efforts, staff recruitment and training, advocacy, budgeting, grant reporting.

Her passion lies in principal in creating and maintaining The Way Home relationships to grow revenue through sponsorship's, individual donations, grant writing, planned giving, etc.. to move the mission forward to assist families, individuals, and Veterans find or keep safe and affordable housing.

Prior to joining The Way Home, Bianka was Community Development Manager at the American Cancer Society. She was accountable for significant income targets, as well as promoting event-related mission and advocacy activities. Her responsibilities also included goal achievement, volunteer engagement, and increase participation through effective implementation of a strategic plan. Bianka also worked at Waypoint, formerly Child and Family Services of New Hampshire as a Housing Specialist working directly with homeless and those at immanent risk.

Bianka attended Lesley College, received her Bachelor Degree in Non-Profit/Public Organizational Management from Springfield College in 2009. She then went on to receive her Master's of Business Administration from New England College, focusing on Non-Profit Leadership and Digital and Social Media.

Elizabeth Green
Chief Financial Officer
As The Way Home’s Chief Financial Officer, Elizabeth manages the organizations operating budget and handles the day to day accounting functions, including managing security deposit loans and finances relating to agency properties. Working closely with the organizations CEO and COO and plays a role in grant writing, generates grantor reports, handles payroll and personnel issues, and manages cash flow.

Prior to joining The Way Home, Elizabeth worked as Finance Administrator at The Upper Roo, A Family Resource and Office Manager at both McDonough, O'Shaughnessy, Whaland and Meagher, P.L.L.C. and Chickering & Company, P.L.L.C.

Mary Sliney
Founder/Chief Operating Officer – Programs
As The Way Home’s Founder and Chief Operating Officer - Programs; Mary has been at the agency since its inception. This work includes: program development, staff recruitment and training, advocacy, grant-writing, budgeting, board development and grant reporting.

Prior to joining The Way Home, Mary held key leadership positions with Women in Search of Hope, (WISH), serving as Program Planner and Community Organizer.

She holds Master of Studies Degree in Environmental Education from Antioch New England College in Keene, NH and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Mt. St. Mary’s College in Hooksett, NH. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Greater Manchester program and Leadership New Hampshire.

During her 30 years of non-profit service in Greater Manchester, she has served as a board member or volunteer on a broad range of organizations including The Healthy Housing Collaborative, NH Asthma Project Steering Committee, NH Coalition to End Homelessness and the Manchester Area Homeless Continuum of Care.
